Talk about horror ..... there can never be anything as bad as this. I was seeing the video clips in the bbc news reg this...and my god... just those few seconds of clips and the voice of the people who survived makes u feel the pain ,probably just abt 0.01% of the actual. When i saw schindlers list for the first time...i didnt actually pay attention to what was happening in the film and i remember even leaving the room after abt 20 mins. Now i really want to watch it to understand the hight of cruetly of mankind.
Aushwitz has hit the headlines for about a week now due to its 60th anniv, and people talk abt the sufferings of the jews and the cruetly of the nazi...but i do believe that the situation dosent seem to be any better now. There is still sufferings in the world speacially in the arab countries. Wonder why this hatred towards them. Wish i knew a little more history to understand these better.
One thing im really proud of it to be an indian. Im happy that Indians have always been into peace and love for mankind. Hats off to our forefathers who are responsible for us to walk with our heads high up and not be ashamed to be an indian.

You should see the movie "life is beautiful". You might have seen it...but thats a movie that tells about Nazi concentration camps and makes you think about it...
Anyway sufferrings in the world can never end as long as we keep differentiating ourselves..all elephants live as elephants...all rats as rats...all crows as crows but human beings live as Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Jews and what not. As long as this goes on sufferings will also go on.
You should see 'The Pianist' also.
The male actor, Adrien Brody won the Oscar (2002) for Best Male Actor performance.
I was really touched by the movie.
As for religion, it's suppose to bring peace to mankinds and compassion for all. But due to the interpretation of god's teaching by human beings that lead to the root of destruction for human race.
